What should I do if I forgot my password and cannot log in?

If you have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it and regain access to your account:
  1. Go to the sign-in page
    1. Click on the “Forgot Password”.
  2. Enter your email address
    1. Provide the email address associated with your account. 
    2. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email.
  3. Verify your account
    1. Enter the verification code in the required field.
    2. Click on Verify to proceed. 
  4. Create a new password Once your account is verified, proceed to create a new password.
    1. Enter your new password
    2. Confirm the new password
    3. Click the Change Password button to save your update
  5. Sign in to your account
After your password is updated, you will see a “Password Changed Successfully” confirmation. 
    1. Click the Sign In button
    2. Enter your email address and updated password
    3. Access your ReachStream dashboard
