How do I change my password?

If you need to change your ReachStream account password, you can do it easily through your dashboard.

Follow the steps below: 
  1. Sign in to your ReachStream Dashboard.
  2. From the main menu, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select “My Account.”
  4. In the My Account section, you’ll see four tabs:
    1. My Profile
    2. Security
    3. API
    4. Subscription and Payments
  5. Click on the Security tab.
  6. Under Change Password, enter your current password, then type your new password and confirm it.
  7. Finally, click Update Password to save your changes. 
Your new password will take effect immediately, and you can use it the next time you log in to your ReachStream account.
