What happens if I exhaust my available credits?

If you use up all your credits on the ReachStream platform, you won’t be able to download or export data until credits are available again.

To continue downloading or exporting data, you can:
  1. Renew your current plan
  2. Upgrade to a higher plan with additional credits
  3. Purchase extra credits, if applicable 
Once credits are added to your account, you can resume downloading and exporting contacts.
