How can I close my ReachStream account?

To close your ReachStream subscription, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to your ReachStream Dashboard.
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Select My Account.
  4. Go to Subscription & Payments. 
Canceling the Subscription
  1. In the Subscription or Invoice History section, click Stop Renewal.
  2. A confirmation window will appear asking you to select a reason for cancellation.
  3. Choose the most appropriate reason from the available options.
  4. After selecting the reason, click Cancel Auto-Renewal.
Once this is done, your subscription will be cancelled and will not renew further.
