The information collected for the development of an individual’s profile on ReachStream’s data platform may include NPI number, name, job title, business/facility name, phone numbers, fax numbers, direct email address, other relevant professional information, business location, employee size, revenue size, industry, SIC/NAICs, and social media profiles.
