How do I export search results in different formats?

In ReachStream, you can export your search results in two formats: CSV (Excel format) or through ReachAPI.

Exporting in CSV Format (Excel Format)

To export your results as a CSV file, follow these steps: 
  1. Sign in – Log in to your ReachStream account.
  1. Apply filters – Navigate to the search panel on the dashboard and apply the necessary filters to generate your desired prospect list.
  1. Create and Save Your List – Once you finalize your prospect list, save it. 
  1. Download the File – Click on the Download option to export the list.
  1. Receive CSV via Email – The exported file will be sent to your registered email in CSV format.


Exporting through ReachAPI

For users utilizing the ReachAPI, results can be exported programmatically:
  1. Obtain API Key Access – Ensure you have the necessary API key for data access.
  1. Generate a Webhook Key (if applicable) – This may be required for data retrieval.
  1. Use API to Extract Data – The API allows automated data exports directly from ReachStream’s backend.
  1. Receive Data in JSON/CSV Format – The extracted data can be formatted into CSV for further use.
