  3. If a valid email address isn’t available for a prospect, no credits are deducted.

If you're on our Icebreaker (Free) Plan, here's how the credit system applies to you: 

  1. 200 email views and 100 export credits every month

  2. Credits reset every month 

  3. That’s 2,400 export credits per year at no cost!

  4. Credits are only deducted for valid email addresses

 

Paid Plans – Glacier, Ice Floe, Polar Peak

For users on any paid plan, the credit system becomes even simpler: 

  1. Unlimited email views

  2. You can search, verify, and access as many valid email addresses as you need 

  3. Exports vary by plan tier, giving you flexibility based on your outreach volume
